I graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a degree in Exercise Physiology. I've been involved in the fitness industry since 2004 and I hold my experience, knowledge and passion above all else. I am a firm believer in self education, self research and self execution.

There is only so much you can learn from reading books and listening to people give their advice and opinions. You have to go out there and experience it first hand and make your own decisions.

Nothing is guaranteed when it comes to the human body. It is the most diverse and complex machine and in order to better understand its mechanisms and how it functions; one must take into account everything and be open minded while also being educated in both general and advanced concepts of human anatomy and biomechanics.

Additionally, one needs to understand that the human body works as a unit and in order to optimize results through diet and exercise, numerous factors need to be accounted for.

At age 24, I opened my own personal training studio. Nearly 7 years and three different locations later I offered my services to hundreds of clients with much success. Throughout my career I have trained well over 30,000 sessions and have learned a lot about both myself and the numerous clients I've worked with.  I am very confident that I can help anyone achieve their goals. I've worked with complete beginners to advanced athletes, young and old, big and small and am well versed in all areas of exercise, nutrition and life coaching techniques.  All I ask is that you are open minded, patient and focused throughout our experience together. In order to achieve a goal, a foundation must be built. I will be by your side every step of the way.
